Remember that training intensely...
-how hard you work compared to
how hard you are capable of working
over the course of the exercise
Get to a point, even momentarily,
where you ARE WORKING AS
INTENSELY AS YOU ARE CAPABLE

Many get in trouble because their
physical limits are high, but their
psychological limits are lower
-the discomfort in between is new
-they don't know they can move up
Until they do get past the
psychological border and
REALIZE: I CAN DO THIS!
-really, really hurts
-but, it is safe..I can do it
