Why there’s never a circumstance or reason to break no contact after you got dumped.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer in the UK who has been a student of my work for 10 years. He’s read the book 10 times and spent the last 4 years with his dream girl. However, he got dumped recently and says that he deserved it. He got lazy and complacent and stopped dating and courting her and making her feel heard and understood. She also got deported back to Portugal while her visa issues are worked out. She says he must fight for her since he neglected her for so long. However, she wanted him to cut his trip to Portugal short and go back home to the UK and is making no effort to try to work things out. He wonders if he should break no contact since he caused the breakup and she wants him to fight for her.
