Cauliflower Florets Breaded and Fried to Perfection : Romanian Style!

Ingredients:

200 g cauliflower
1 egg
Approx. 70 g breadcrumbs
Approx. 100 g flour
All purpose seasoning
Approx. 1 tsp salt
Ground black pepper

Preparation:

Cut the cauliflower florets in small pieces.
Heat up oil in a pan.
Divide spices to use half for the egg and the other half for the cauliflower.
Coat the cauliflower with the spices.
Whisk egg and add the remaining spices ( salt, pepper, all purpose seasoning ) .
Add flour on a plate and breadcrumbs on an other plate.
Dip cauliflower in egg, roll in flour, in the egg again, then cover with breadcrumbs.
Add to the hot oil in the pan.
Fry on low heat, until the cauliflower is golden brown on both sides.
Repeat with the rest.

Tips:

You can serve the cauliflower on its own or as a side dish.
