Wild Arms - Part 6: Saint Centour & Caging Tower

Yeah, I put the wrong unlock time again, so doing a manual release.

We reach a new town with a lot to explore, but unfortunately, the NPCs are in the way for about half the loot. As a result, we can only get half of the stuff before we need to head out to the Caging Tower. Upon completing that, we return to Saint Centour and for some reason all of the people are gone...
