Romans 6:12-13 New King James Version
12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. 13 And do not present your members as [a]instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY FRIENDS!!!

This morning’s passage of scripture not only challenged me, but it really got me to thinking about areas in my life where I am allowing the “weeds” of the flesh, to overtake my heart. The moments where I am unintentionally nourishing desires, watering the “weeds” that are in my spiritual life, which result in strangulation of my spiritual growth. I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional were so incredibly challenging to me, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will speak to your heart, and help you see the importance of keeping your spiritual garden “weed free”.

What areas of your spiritual life need some “weeding”?

How can you surrender to God and walk with Him?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God put on my heart from what I read of this passage, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you really get you to thinking about what you were allowing to grow and cultivate in our hearts. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn how to make sure that the spiritual garden of your heart isn't overrun by the weeds of the flesh! 😊

So, as I close this post for tonight, I encourage You to ask God to not only till the soil of your heart, but yank out, shovel out, and pour spiritual weed killer on any and all spiritual weeds that have taken root in your heart, so that they can be removed. I especially encourage all those who are struggling in their walk to reach out to Jesus, allow Him to be in control of the throne of your heart, so that you turn your eyes away from sin and keep your focus on Him. Don’t walk in your own strength but walk in His!! Ask God every day to help you submit your heart, life, and all to him, in asking for His help to do what is right, no matter what the temptation may be. Remember that you can't fight the devil on your own, but you need God by your side to do so, so don't be afraid to ask God to be your strength and use the armor that He has given you. Remember, that God has conquered sin once for all, that he will fight by your side, and that because you're in Christ Jesus, you are no longer condemned. Allow Christ’s enabling power through the indwelling Holy Spirit to lift you into victory over sin! Don’t encourage the weeds!!!

SO, UNTIL FRIDAY EVERYONE:

HAVE A SWEET, PEACEFUL, AND BLESSED EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
