Migrants make dangerous Rio Grande crossing on inflatable rafts

Dozens of migrants from Latin America have made the perilous journey across the Rio Grande river on the US-Mexico border. The migrants had previously been living in a ramshackle camp on the banks of the Rio Grande, where they say they’d been targeted by armed locals and their tents burned.

It’s thought many more will attempt the risky journey in anticipation of Biden’s loosening of immigration laws.
