Bungling Joe Biden refuses to recognise Rishi Sunak, pushing him aside

After a swift greeting with the UK leader Biden moved away to salute the King's personal representative for County Antrim, Lord-Lieutenant David McCorkell.

Biden then appeared to be wrapped in a friendly embrace with Jane Hartley, the glamourous US ambassador to the UK he appointed last year.
