Rare Russian Lancet Drone Hit on Ukrainian Tor Air Defense System in Kherson Oblast

A Ukrainian 9A330 Transporter, Launcher, and Radar (TLAR) of the Tor air defense system was rendered inoperable after being targeted by a Russian Lancet loitering munition in the Kherson Oblast.
