Broccoli Casserole Recipe

This is a wonderful Side Dish Recipe we like to make, great for a variety of Dinners. A Broccoli Casserole is easy to make and delicious.

Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
9 cups Broccoli (bite size)
1 can (10,5 oz) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Milk
1 Egg (beaten)
1 tsp Oregano
Salt
Pepper
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese (shredded)
1-2 tbsp Italian Style Bread Crumbs

Preheat Oven 350° F
11,5" x 8" x 2" Baking Dish

Cut Broccoli in bite sized pieces and steam.
Combine Cream of Mushroom Soup, Mayonnaise, Milk, Egg, Oregano, Pinch of Salt and Pepper, whisk well.
Add Cheese, mix well and set aside.
Combine Broccoli with creamy Mixture and fill Baking Dish.
Sprinkle evenly with Bread Crumbs, cover with Foil,
Bake for 45 Minutes.
Remove Foil and bake another 5-10 Minutes, until golden brown.
Enjoy!
