No Tech-Hurdle Too High!

The following are a few short clips of an IP-PBX (digital phone) VoIP System Project, selected from various meetings which took place over the course of several months. Although plagued with constant scope-creep throughout, the project was delivered on time and within budget.

Recognizing early on that the VM approach was not going to be a feasible solution, I built an on-prem server for 'sandbox testing'. Later, as 'scope-creep' began to rear it's ugly head, the choice was made to move from an on-prem to a PaaS approach.

As is often the case within I.T., sometimes you need to 'lean firmly' on 3rd party vendors in order to get things done... which I Do Not Mind doing if it's required... as you will see in this video. As a leader in my field, it's part of the job.
