Learn how to use WS Form to calculate delivery charges based on the driving distance between 2 locations. In this training I'm setting up an internal form for an equipmennt rental company to quickly figure out delivery/pick up charges.

This training includes how to set up different delivery rates based on the less than 10 miles and over ten miles. Depending on the delivery vehicle if the delivery is less than 10 miles it's a flat rate for some of the vehicles.
