Star Citizen - Cutlass Damage Modelling 3.17.x - 3.18.x

Not a demonstration of PVP skill (I have none) but an illustration of the kinds of problems the current damage modelling creates for pilots in this release. The Cutlass experience in particular is very poor and I'd urge this to be reverted.
