Walt Disney Corporation is suing Florida’s Governor Ron DeSantis

The lawsuit accuses DeSantis of conducting what they call a “targeted campaign of government retaliation” as punishment for speaking out against the governor. DeSantis helped pass a law that bars classroom instruction on gender identity and sexual orientation for early elementary age children.
It was earlier today, on April 26th that the oversight board declared the agreements Disney made in February null and void. This previous agreement would have allowed Disney to control the land that houses its theme parks. Disney has a special tax district that gives it a lot of control over how it is run. Some lawyers say that voiding the agreements violates state contract and zoning laws.
The war between Disney and DeSantis began last spring when Disney spoke out against the Parental Rights in Education bill, which is now law.
I’ve been reading a lot of what you guys have to say, and a lot of you, even the conservatives, are saying this is a losing battle for DeSantis. So who do you think will come out on top here? DeSantis or Disney?
