Get Ready With Me | Unveiling the true Power of Discussions! (and its downfalls)

I am trying out the La Muse CC Cushion and comparing it to my Dior Forever Glow Foundation. As I enter my late 20's, my skin has changed a lot and I've noticed that the Dior foundation looks more streaky on me. However, the La Muse CC cushion is more hydrating and gives me a beautiful, glowing complexion with light to medium coverage.

While doing my makeup using the Dior Holiday Face Eyes and Lips palette from the holiday 2022 collection, I wanted to take a moment to talk about something that's been on my mind lately. Social media, especially on YouTube and Tik Tok, has started to feel too political and overwhelming. I used to watch social media for fun topics like fashion, art, and makeup, and I specifically avoided the news as it can be really heavy with topics like racism, hate, prejudice, and feminism.

However, now on my algorithm, it's not just talking about those topics, but they are the really heavy polarized extreme viewpoints, and there is no in-between to discuss. I believe that both sides of the topics are both truths, and that many are unable to have a genuine discussion because each side views everything too rigid and without an open mind. I want to encourage more empathy when it comes to discussions and progress in society, and to work together and learn together.
