A Technical Analysis with Engineers leads to a Simple Breakthrough!

The following are some brief highlights taken from one of several meetings with Cradlepoint engineers, which I initiated while working for Inspire Charter Schools.

Soon after I began working with Inspire, I began hearing 'horror stories' about the avalanche of support calls which flood the IT Department each year during student testing season. I took it upon myself to manage the situation; to discover the cause and resolve it before testing began.

Subsequently, I became the "Cradlepoint Lead" that year for the statewide testing of 35,000 students, and the 'go to' person for all things Cradlepoint & NetCloud related.
