Born during lockdown, Rosa Festival was forged in Sheffield by a mutual passion for soundsystem culture. Amplified by the frustration of social restrictions and the potential destruction of the events industry, Rosa set out to keep the party alive.

The cancellation of music festivals worldwide has given small crews the chance to redefine the scene and re-establish the intimacy lost at modern-day commercial events. Lockdown reminded us of what we missed most about festivals: memorable encounters, dancing with your mates and the liberating feeling of freedom.

Rosa Festival aims to encapsulate this sense of community by cultivating a house party spirit on a festival scale.

The Rosa mission aims to bring together artists, musicians and creatives from across the UK to create an intimate and unified community through art, music, and people. The goal is to produce a memorable, high-energy event that will resonate with attendees and continue to grow sustainably into the future.

By growing organically, thinking creatively and working together, the Rosa Community will continue to cultivate a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and encouraged to express themselves freely through art and music. Together, we will create unforgettable memories and build lasting connections that will shape the future of the UK scene.
