Clingman’s Dome Descent Walk 2023

A foggy day at the highest point East of the Mississippi, but a great example of what to expect when descending from the top of the mountain. This can be a taxing walk for some due to the incline, both climbing and descending. The walk is paved the whole way, and crowds are usually not that bad, even on Saturday’s like this walk.
