Ingredients: (For 8 serving/ 8 people)
1. Tomatoes - 2 Kg
2. Cloves - 2 buds.
3. Dried Bay leaves - 3 large leaves
4. Black Cardamom - 3 to 4 pods (medium or 2 large).
5. Green Cardamom - 3 pods.
6. Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon
7. Cumin Powder - 2 tablespoons.
8. Coriander Seed Powder - 2 tablespoons.
9. Garam Masala - 1 tablespoon
10. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
11. Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 2 tablespoons
12. Red Onions - 2 small
13. Black Peppercorns - 1 tablespoons.
14. Whole Cream - 1 cup.
15. Salt - to taste (1 to 1 and 1/2 tablespoons if using salted butter)
16. Butter - 100 gm.
17. Dried Red Chilies - 3 (or as per spice tolerance)
18. Water - 1 cup.
19. Garlic Powder - 1tablespoon
20. Honey - 1 tablespoon.
