Roof missing, walls destroyed, windows broken: Tenants were 'not inside property' during home explosion

A home explosion happened in the westside of Las Vegas at a rental property near Oakey and Buffalo. The property manager confirmed the tenants were not inside during the fire, but a cat died. Abel Garcia reports.
