Abraham Hicks, Esther Hicks " Now that I know the law of attraction"

Welcome to another recording! This audio was recorded in 2007 and is part of
"The Astonishing power of emotions book, and audio book". In this segment Jerry Hicks narrates, with the help of Abraham. [For those of you that don't know or are new to this material Jerry is Esther's dearly non-departed husband ] Abraham explains threw Jerry that your thoughts now that you know about the law of attraction don't need to scare you, or frighten you. You always have a bit of leeway in manifesting, but it is to your benefit to think a better thought if you are able to do so in the moment. If you aren't then it would be wise to have a bag of tips of different things you could do to elevate that mood your in. Now lets say you are having a good day, but you get a call that is unpleasant, and you feel the effects of it. What do you do? Well you could say Liz.... what a flipping mess I have to deal with and you might be justified. If you ask any reasonable person about what you just listened too, they will agree with you!But because no one solves anything by agreeing with you, or by listening to you go on [ your friend wants to be there for you]your friend therefore is becoming your sounding board.Things can go either way for you. You could however call a friend and do just that thereby turning your friend into your sounding board. And thereby taking your current negative feeling and cranking it up, by turning yourself into a negative Nancy for the next hour. But what if.... you decide wait I know better, I can do better. I am NOT going to give my power away, I can do something about this! You decide that hey everyone has issues at times, you are no different, the differences between you and others, is that you refuse to stay in that negative Nancy mode. And so you say I am done here I am going out, you put on the leash on your beloved dog, and decide to listen to your favorite music while you take your dog on a walk. Once you return to your place guess what? You no longer feel the way you do. And you find that you want to journal, and so you do. When your done you've dealt with your contrast experience, pivoted, and elevated yourself vibrationally. And that is something to be proud about! You also created a new tool for your bag of tips. You now know you can steer yourself in a different direction emotionally when you hit certain bumps. Now next time you have such a difficulty you will be able to approach it with a more confident vibrational stance because you have already done it, and so BRAVO TO YOU!
