Day 8: FINAL VANLIFE ROADTRIP HOME | Amish Restaurant, Big Texan Steak Ranch, Palo Duro Canyon

In this video I am:
*Going with my Partner to an Amish restaurant since we don't have any close to us in Denver
*Order the chicken fried chicken meal and have lemon pie
*The winds are 25 mph and chaotic
*The next day we pick up breakfast at a drive-thru and leave my Partner's relatives area
*Our road trip brings us to the Big Texan Steak Ranch & Brewery; famous for it's 72 oz steak-eating challenge and is a Route 66 Roadside Attraction
*It's almost 90 degrees and still windy
*Inside we find it has a lot of interesting exhibits/games
*My Partner orders rocky mountain oysters
*We both order rare prime rib
*I see Woody from Toy Story
*Get samples of their blueberry cheesecake fudge
*We decide to take a nap after our meal under shade at the restaurant and discover that we can spend the night in the parking lot since other vanlifers are there as well; also checked IOverlander and it is listed on there too
*Next morning we drive to a gas station first to get some tea and use the bathrooms
*Drive to Palo Duro Canyon where I am complimented on my solar panel
*At the Visitor's center we have a good view of the canyon
*We proceed to take a couple hikes throught the canyon area; easy and moderate
*Winds pick up to 35mph
*We head back into the van to make boudain for lunch
*We canceled any further plans being in the park and staying in Amarillo any longer
*Decided to drive back to Denver since we couldn't leave the windows open since it was so dusty and windy; it was too hot in Amarillo as well
*I am congested from all the dust
