The Milky Way overlay hides the alignment (that is the Alignment)

The southern hemisphere star rotations around Sigma Octantis are in a larger more dispersed field than its opposite northern mirrored rotation around Polaris, by 33.3 percent, per its opposite latitude. Why I say this , is because each latitude in size is all relative to the observer who has also expanded in the expanding field as he moves south over the fixed and stationary earth. Due to the mirrored effect between the two hemispheres, each southern latitude will be 33.3 percent larger than its opposite northern latitude if we are trying to find a star formation match, between hemispheres while looking at the night sky. Unfortunately the perfect alignment is overlaid by the Milk Way.
