Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Network Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. As an IT Network Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network solutions that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements
Install, configure, and maintain network components including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices
Monitor network performance and identify and resolve network issues
Collaborate with software engineers, hardware engineers, and other IT professionals to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems
Participate in the planning and implementation of new network projects
Stay up-to-date with new network technologies and best practices
Maintain network inventory and asset management records
Provide technical support to end-users and other IT staff
Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Several years of experience in IT network engineering and infrastructure design
Strong understanding of network protocols and standards including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
Experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of network components
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with network security protocols and best practices
Preferred:

Experience with cloud-based network technologies
Experience with virtualization technologies
Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
Professional certification in relevant technologies such as Cisco or Juniper
