Tiffany Barsotti shares the harrowing story of her upbringing, highlighting the dark times that gave her the strength and wisdom she needed to overcome the trauma and begin developing spiritual maturity. As many people endure a life filled with fear and trauma, these negative states become the default programming deep in the subconscious. There is a way to step back and put the brake on these negative emotional reactions so that you are no longer an effect of these situations. There is no easy way out of this, but there are ways that we can begin to override our natural fear complex and develop the spiritual maturation need even at the societal level.

Rev. Tiffany Barsotti is a spiritual, medical counselor and researcher at Heal and Thrive in Encinitas, California. She received her Masters of Theology in Energy Medicine with special emphasis in Medical and Spiritual Counseling from Holos University Graduate Seminary.
