Republican House Leadership Contest Undecided - Spike on Kennedy - 1/3/23 - part 1

If it’s going to be McCarthy, Jordan, or Scalise, we shouldn’t have a House of Representatives and spend the time to get to know ourselves better instead. None of them in the running are committed to do what needs to be done. Ending omnibus bills, rather, introducing bills one at a time. Giving members and the public time to read presented bills before voting. Recording all votes, no more voice votes. Allowing members of congress to introduce bills on the floor, McCarthy did away with the practice and Pelosi continued this unofficial prohibition. It’s been almost a decade since it’s been allowed. I think the only good choice would be Justin Amash. He has a proven bi-partisan track record. But honestly, if they’re going to just be a bunch of war pigs, we might as well have the Washington Commanders mascot Major Tuddy, a literal war pig, run the whole thing.
