⭐⭐ Welcome to Arms and Shoulders Day in my Summer Yoga Flow series! Today, we're going to focus on our shoulders and arms to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.

We'll begin with a gentle warm-up to activate the muscles and get them ready to move into a series of poses and exercises that will help build strength and flexibility in your shoulders, chest, and back. Throughout the class, we'll also incorporate some core and balance work to help you maintain proper alignment and engage the muscles that support your shoulders.

By the end of the class, you'll have worked on strengthening and releasing tension in your shoulders, leaving you feeling lighter and more open. So, grab your mat and 2 blocks and let's get started!.
