In April 2023, teens in #Chicago went downtown and terrorized the streets. Looting stores, fighting people, shooting people, twerking, and assaulting tourists. But since there were no arrests and the politicians made excuses for the teens, they have now said there will be a part two to the chaos. More looting Walmarts and assaulting innocent people.
