Stormcrow - The Stolen Journals

Tuesday April 25th, 2023 marks the release of the title track from Stormcrow's concept album The Stolen Journals. In it, we meet our antagonist and protagonist, Leto and Siona. A band of 11 trained runners must break into the God Emperor's citadel under the cover of night, steal whatever materials they can to aid in taking down the tyrant, and vanish into the woods before anyone is the wiser.

Verse 1:

In the cradle of our past
I lay upon my back in a cave so shallow
I could penetrate it only by squirming
Not by crawling

There, by the dancing light of a resin torch
I drew upon walls and ceiling
The creatures of the hunt
