Burnt out workers following “quiet quitting” trend - Spike on Kennedy - 8/31/22 - pt4

I was more loud business starter less quiet quitter, I decided to start my own business young rather than make money for someone else. I think this is coming from a combination of things. I think folks would rather spend time doing their own thing online or starting their own company and put the money into their own pocket. There are those who are scamming the entitlement systems. And finally, we have those who are suffering burnout and depression due to two years of pandemic furloughs, lock downs, and roller coaster levels of stress, shortages, and inflation. These folks are prepping for a life of mediocrity and obsolescence because there is a Robotic Winter coming. The market will not tolerate long-term shortages in labor and production, these folks better be developing marketable skills that robots can’t do or you’ll soon find yourself quiet doing nothing.
