In other words the later mindset is the one you want to have in place if you are considering having a very active physical experience. And so here is where you soothe yourself, by reminding yourself of the trillions of cells, that are constantly looking for alignment. The more we reach for our alignment the more our physical bodies will acquiesce to our bodily well-being. However it is helpful if we have a personal intention in how we want to look and feel in our own bodies. For example instead of holding the intention of being skinny, rather hold the intention of vitality, and agility and so let that be part of your overall intention for your body.
