In response to Grosskreutz's attempt to harm him, Rittenhouse announced on Saturday he filed a countersuit against Grosskreutz for assault and emotional distress. This from the incident that occurred during the 2020 BLM riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, when Rittenhouse shot Grosskreutz in self-defense.
