~ The Narrow Way ~

“Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it. But small is the gate and narrow the road that leads to life, and only a few find it" (Matthew 7:13-14).

Warning signs are everywhere. Not to threaten us, but to guide and direct us along the right path. Just as the warning signs help lead us where we need to go, the Bible was designed to keep us on the right road that leads to eternal life. The gate to Heaven is narrow, because faith in Jesus Christ is the only way to enter. SALVATION IS FOUND IN NO ONE ELSE; "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6).

THERE'S SO MUCH MORE TO LIFE THAN THIS and God offers Salvation to everyone who accepts it. While the wide road may feel comfortable, it only leads to a darkened place, but the narrow road leads to Heaven, where we'll see Jesus face-to-face! For me, there’s no other choice. Don't ignore the warning signs, choose the path that leads to Jesus and enter the narrow gate to eternal life! "For EVERYONE who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.” ~ 1:16 Devotions
