This is What Happens When You Give Your Attorney General a Blank Check

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the trials and tribulations of the Attorney General's current lawsuit against Federal Way Discount Guns. As you may recall, late last year, the AG filed suit on FWDG for unlawfully selling high capacity magazines. The original complaint alleged the sale of approximately a half dozen magazines, but nomw the allegations include sales of 2,600 magazines. When you start doing the math, these fines could put FWDG out of business forever. Why does this matter to you? Well, imaging a world where a state legislature can pass unconstitutional laws, then use those laws to run industries out of business all before the Appellate courts can solve these problems.
