Supreme Court Strikes Down NY Gun Law - Spike on Kennedy - 6/23/22

In the defense of the 2nd and 14th amendment, the Supreme Court has struck down a New York law that made it next to impossible to acquire a permit to carry a gun outside their hom, making it easier for lawful and legal gun owners of New York to defend themselves. This sets a precedent for laws other cities and states that are also restrictive to gun ownership and removes the discrimination of individuals who applied for said permit. This will set the stage to remove "may issue" laws and hopefully end in Constitutional Carry wherein the government cannot restrict gun ownership. We need to keep underscoring the fact that criminals don't care what the laws say. Restrictions only keep law abiding citizens from being able to protect themselves. We only have to look at Uvalde to know what we have to face if we rely solely on law enforcement to protect our loved ones. Because they have no obligation to do so.
