Welcome to the 2nd Episode of the Back to Human podcast.

On this episode we have owner of Faith Mountain Wellness, Margaret Barry. Margaret is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Master T-Tap Trainer and mother of 2! Margaret became interested in pre-natal nutrition following the pregnancy with her first child that did not go smoothly despite following conventional as well as alternative pre-natal advice. This led her to learning about the work of Dr. Thomas Brewer and inspired the creation of her online course "Minerals & Motherhood", a prenatal nutrition course that Jade & I have been following that we believe has been helping Jade tremendously throughout her pregnancy.

In this episode we discuss:
•The influence vitamins & minerals have on fertility.
•How vitamins & minerals can help to alleviate common pregnancy complications (mood swings, cravings, swelling, morning sickness) so you can have a more enjoyable pregnancy. •Nutrient dense foods that help you obtain these vitamins & minerals.
•Vitamin E, the anti-sterility vitamin.
•Recommendations for supplementation during pregnancy.
•Anemia, vitamin A (retinol), copper and why iron supplementation may not be the best recommendation.
•Preeclampsia & blood volume
