It had the diesel engine already installed but was missing something. I thought it didn't have a bit but you just needed to add a Steel Chisel.

Spent a lot of time trying to figure how to make a bit. It was pretty straightforward in hindsight XD.

3. Thin Rod + Newcommen Lathe = Drill bit
