One of the most horrific cases we have dealt with at Lighthouse is that of 'Erin' (a pseudonym), who was someone trying to heal from horrendous abuse within her own family.

Erin came to us to build her life and make a better future for herself, but the more she revealed and uncovered about her past, the harder this became. That was to the point where her own parents - in order to cover up the past - pressured Erin to leave and sabotaged her progress and healing.

You will see in this video, how the BBC and even Erin herself have distorted the facts, telling half-truths and lies in order to deliver the (false) narrative they want to portray. They are trying to hide the very inconvenient and damning truth by making Paul and Lighthouse the scapegoat. It is an example of how the BBC has sided and colluded with abusive families to tell a twisted version of events and prevent a full and fair disclosure of all the facts. Because of this, we have no choice but to reveal the evidence we have in order to ensure the truth and reality of this situation is now known.

Erin's family and others like them are behind a deliberate, coordinated and persistent malicious smear campaign against us at Lighthouse, with the sole intent to destroy our reputation and bury the truth. However, the truth can never be destroyed and will always prevail. We pray together in Christ for Erin and her family to repent and find the peace and healing they need. 🙏
