Last week, I talked (over the phone) with my branch manager and he answered most of my questions. Before that I talked to three other bank associates. Today I aggregated all questions and all responses obtained so far into one document and gave it my local branch associate - with whom I have the best rapport (she also grew up one of former Soviet Union republics and knows well what I’m talking about, speaking with each other in Russian) - for validations, additional clarifications, and confirmation by her manager.
