INGREDIENTS :

130 grams grated parmesan ( 4.58 oz )
250 grams sliced baby plum potatoes ( 8.81 oz )
375 grams farfalle pasta ( 13.22 oz )
250 grams pancetta ( 8.81 oz )
70 grams sliced black olives ( 2.46 oz )
30 grams chopped anchovies ( 1.05 oz )
25 grams mustard ( 0.88 oz )
50 grams mayonnaise ( 1.76 oz )
80 ml olive oil ( 2.70 fl oz )
20 ml red wine vinegar ( 0.67 fl oz )
35 ml lemon juice ( 1.18 fl oz )
5 ml Worcestershire sauce ( 0.16 fl oz )
3 minced garlic cloves
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.28 grams )
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.58 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.boil 375 grams farfalle pasta until soft & drain water
.in a pan on medium heat add 250 grams pancetta, cook for 5 minutes & remove
.in a bowl add 50 grams mayonnaise, 25 grams mustard
.add 20 ml red wine vinegar, 5 ml Worcestershire sauce & mix well
.add 80 ml olive oil while mixing
.add 3 minced garlic cloves & mix well
.add 30 grams chopped anchovies & mix well
.add 35 ml lemon juice & mix well
.add 65 grams grated parmesan & mix well
.add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper & mix well
.in a large bowl add cooked pasta, cooked pancetta
.add 65 grams parmesan & mix well
.add 250 grams sliced baby plum potatoes, 70 grams sliced black olives & mix well
.add sauce & mix well
