As part of our WFPB lifestyle, we've recently started making this Ginger Tea with a few other beneficial ingredients listed below. Ronnie and I find it delicious and rejuvenating so we thought we would share the recipe.

Ingredients & Benefits;
1 Garlic clove (crushed or finely chopped)

1 tbsp Ginger (grated or pasted) https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/health/wellness-and-prevention/ginger-benefits

2 Dates (pitted and finely chopped)

600ml Water

Method:
Place ingredients in a pot, place on a hot plate and bring to the boil. Once boiling turn the heat down so that the ingredients simmer for 45-60 minutes.
Remove from the heat and allow to cool for at least 30 minutes. Strain the liquid into a glass or steel container suitable for refrigeration and allow it to stand until the liquid is at room temperature then refrigerate.

Use:
Use about 30mm (to taste) in a mug or cup, and add boiling water.
Take this as a tonic first thing in the morning to ensure that your metabolism is activated and your gut biome rejuvenated.
