Sen. Schumer plans to fight 'hard-right' legislation against veterans’ reproductive rights

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) told reporters at an abortion policy presser in Washington D.C. Wednesday that he will fight hard-right legislation that would limit reproductive care for veterans and their families. “It's wrong, it's dangerous and it ain't going to happen. Not as long as I'm leader, we together will fight for our veterans and make sure the Senate rejects this anti-choice legislation,” said Sen. Schumer.
