Cheesecake

Cheesecake ,one New York style cheesecake that you should try and make it at home.
It's not complicated and you can make it too.
It has no eggs in it. No bake.
Delicious recipe!!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup whipping cream 473 ml
4 cream cheese Philadelphia 250gr each
2 cups icing sugar
3/4 cup melted butter
For taste one lemon zest or 1 tea spoon vanilla
1 lemon juice
1 table spoon of gelatine 15 ml mixed with 3 table spoons of water
200 gr of biscuits of your choice (we use papadopoulou pti-mper)
12-15 table spoon melted butter
Fruit of choice (we use strawberries)
Strawberry glaze topping (optional)
6-12 hours in the fridge before serving
