Slow Cooker Beef Stew , The Meat In This Recipe Is So Tender !

2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Place the cubed sirloin steak into the slow cooker. Pour the sauce mixture over the steak and gently toss to coat the steak evenly with the sauce.
3. Cover the slow cooker with the lid and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours, or on HIGH for 2 to 3 hours, until the steak is tender and cooked through.
4. Once the cooking time is complete, carefully open the lid of the slow cooker and gently stir the steak bites to ensure they are evenly coated in the sauce.
