Secret Service apprehend curious toddler who breached White House fence, reunite with parents

A toddler set off security alarms Tuesday after squeezing through metal fencing on the North side of the White House. U.S. Secret Service responded quickly to the intrusion and reunited the child with his parents on Pennsylvania Avenue. The grounds were briefly restricted while officers asked the parents a few questions.
