-How to Make Egg Muffins! | Easy & Tasty | Mindful Meals | Move with Maricris

*INGREDIENTS*
-8-10 Eggs
-Your choice veggies:
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Bell Pepper
- Onions
-Optional Extra Protein:
- 1 Chicken Sausage
- 2 Pieces of Bacon
- Ham
-Optional Garnish:
- Cheese

*INSTRUCTIONS*
1. Preheat the oven 375 degrees.
2. Cook veggies of choice on a frying pan to your liking.
3. Whisk 8-10 eggs for Muffin Tray
4. Generously spray the muffin tray with cooking oil to keep eggs from sticking.
5. Evenly spread veggies throughout the 12-cup muffin tray. Add egg batter to fill up to ⅓ of each cup of the muffin tray.
6. Bake for 15-20 minutes. (My best muffins are at 17 min). Use a knife or toothpick to check for fully cooked eggs. Clean knife or toothpick is the goal!
7. Let cool for one min.
8. Serve with your favorite sides like avocado slices, or garnish with cheese or anything else your heart desires! And if you’re like me, some Sriracha for extra flavor!
