Russia can help us

🙌‘Russia can help us in all the transition processes from analogue to digital.’ President of Guinea-Bissau’s telecoms and IT regulator Joao Frederico Gomes de Barros stated that Russia could help his country, as well as other African nations, with the implementation of new IT technologies and 'analogue-to-digital transition processes.' Gomes de Barros gave his comments on the sidelines of the Russia-Africa International IT Forum in Moscow.
