Let's talk about the religious exemption case heading to the SC shall we?
A case asking the SC to clarify language in EEOC guidelines concerning "hardship" on employers who are required to allow for flexible work schedules pertaining to religious liberty is bringing up a valid question we seem to be avoiding on whole. Where do the "rights" of another end when society is conducting community exercises such as employment, gathering in public spaces, and sharing tax burdens?
