UNBELIEVABLE: Biden's ATF Director says he's not an expert on WHAT?!

You can't make this up. Steven Dettelbach was confirmed to be Joe Biden's Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Today in a congressional hearing he himself claimed to not be an expert on firearms. Why is it that everyone who wants to ban guns doesn't seem to know the first thing about them?
