In our relentless quest for (your) wellness, we've come up with or perhaps borrowed a concept from those who like to measure and compare. I'm a fan of husbandry and numbers, so this strategy works very well for me. Maybe you'll find it useful as well.
It's another hump day so it's time to reveal (apocalypse) the consequences of the fasting fitness and general results of this quasi-hermitic lifestyle of mine.
It is by choice, so don't worry. My withdrawal from the "real" even if it's temporary, benefits those who need the vibrations we share daily. Everyone out there is missing something, maybe this series can add a little bit to your tank, or at least show you where and/or how to find that boost.
