800lb Belt Squat

Math isn’t my strength, but pretty sure this is over 800lbs 🤷‍♀️🤯

This is after @wwesheamus and I did 2 warmups, 4 sets of 12 (heavier each set) then 2 AMRAP (this is the 1st AMRAP). Between sets we did pistol squats.

People always look for a special food, drug or easy fix. While those might help a little bit, nothing gets the job done like well-thought out programming and pushing beyond your previous limits.

The cheat code isn’t a cheat at all, it’s intense work. This goes for all areas of life. Want to make more money? Work smarter and harder. Want to be a better dad? Work harder at it.

Plus if you can withstand this intensity and pain, life is a cakewalk.
